Fewer guests onboard
While many riverboats maximize capacity, we design for comfort. Tauck's vessels average just 110 guests – and even our largest riverboats accommodate no more than 130 guests, up to 30% fewer than other ships of similar size. That means no lines, no crowds, and plenty of room to take it all in.
More private space, larger cabins
You'll notice the difference the moment you step inside. Two-thirds of our cabins are 225 square feet or larger, with uninterrupted river views. Our fleet includes the largest collection of 300-square-foot Tauck Suites on Europe's waterways – with walk-in closets, full-size bathrooms, and double French balconies. You won't find just one or two suites onboard – you'll find as many as 22. Solo travelers can enjoy well-appointed staterooms ranging from 150 to 180 sq. ft. offered with no single supplement. And with innovative loft cabins on select staterooms, every traveler can enjoy spacious comfort, their way.

Small group excursions
On land, the experience stays personal. Our guests explore in smaller groups, with a thoughtful guest-to-guide ratio of just 15:1 on shore. Each excursion is carefully timed and orchestrated to avoid the crowds – so you can enjoy Europe's cultural treasures with space to truly appreciate them.
